Need To Know:

We DO NOT do the BBQ here. 

Supply Closet is in the living room on the bottom floor. Key is hanging in the upper left in closet across hallway from refrigerator.

Put 8 towels (4 stacks of 2) on rolling cart in living room by door leading to hot tub.

9 towels & washcloths go in the Upstairs bathroom.  All extra towels (after all racks are full) go on shelves in downstairs bathroom.

There is a stand-alone shower in the laundry room, don't forget to clean and refill dispenser.

Don't forget the "crows nest" bedroom on the very top floor.

Please be sure there are 3 keys hanging on the hooks in the entry way, just outside the kitchen.  Notify me immediately in the Work Group if there are any missing keys.

Please check the RECYCLING & COMPOST bins outside to see if they have been "contaminated" with garbage.  If either has, notify me in the Work Group so Owner can be notified he needs to schedule a separate pickup.

HOT TUB DETAILS:

This is a self-cleaning hot tub and does not need to be tested for proper chemical balance.

Step 1: Open lock and cover using key in entryway hallway. Cut power to the hot tub. (power box is located in garage behind door, immediately to the right)

Step 2: Suction/Skim out all debris. (all tools & chemicals are in locked closets in garage. key to locks is hidden on top of power box)

Step 3: Remove filters and clean. (get before & after pictures)

Step 4: Install filters back in hot tub and flip the power back on.

Step 5: IF water looks or smells bad, toss in a 'cap full' of "Replenish" and turn the jets on and let run for AT LEAST 15 minutes.

Step 6: If water is clean and clear, replace the cover over tub and lock it in place.

Step 7: Return key to hook in entry way hallway.
